Q1. How long does delivery take?

We're just getting started and currently deliver across India in 5–7 business days. The moment your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link on your email/Whatsapp — so you always know where it is.

Q2. What if I want to return my order?

We offer a 5-day return window from the day your order arrives. Since we're a new store, we personally handle every return to make sure you're taken care of. Just email us at hello@grovly.co.in and we'll sort it out quickly.

Q3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit & debit cards, and net banking — all 100% secure. We're working on adding more options soon.

Every product on Grovly is hand-picked by us before it goes live. We're a small, new store — which means we care deeply about every single order. We won't list anything we wouldn't use ourselves.
